Individual Voluntary Arrangement Pack Pickup Service (IVAPPS)

The Insolvency Network offers a unique IVA Pack Pickup service.

After speaking with many different IPs and Debt Management companies, the problem that keeps cropping up is how to get the information back from the client quickly and accuratley. The IVAPPS can help with drafting times and will help keep partnerships with your introducers.

Who am I?

I have been in the Debt Management industry for 8 years. I started as an office manager for a company called Easydebt Management. After leaving Easydebt I formed a partnership called Financial Helpline. I developed my product and industry knowledge during my 3 years as Director as well as running the business day-to-day. After leaving TFH I joined an Insolvency Practice. I learnt how to draft IVAs, the administration of these cases and what information missing from the pack meant on drafting times. Using this new found knowledge I joined a debt management company called ATG and acted as the BDD (business development director). I had seen over 100 IVA and Debt Management customers over the space of a year and my conversion rate was at 90%

I am sympathetic, polite, professional and curteous person. What you see is what your get. I am never late for an appointment with a customer and will pick up as much of the information required as possible* The service I offer is confidential and I am happy to sign a Data Protection Agreement if and when required.

I live in Leeds and work from my home office 7 days per week. I commuted previously from Birmingham to Leeds on a daily basis and I am used to working outside office hours. I am flexible and can work round your customers needs.

How does IVAPPS (IVA Pack Pickup Service) work?

1. Lead comes in to you and is converted to meet IVA requirements.

2. You send you pack to me by post or e-mail. I contact your customer and agree a time and date for the home visit. This information is then sent back to you.

3. You send me your application pack along with the clients Income and Expenditure as agreed with your client over the phone.

4. I see the customer, get copies of creditor statements, ID, HP agreements (if any) do over the history in bullet point form, mortgage redemption proof and valuation report collected (please make sure the customer is aware that they have to provide this; I will also ask your customer when booking the appointment).

5. E-mail sent once pack is picked up. Pack sent in post Special Delivery back to you.

Please note. I do not and have no intention of keeping any personal items belonging to your customer. I will, however, keep a record of your reference, date, name and outcome for my personal records.

What does this service cost?

There are 3 costs to this service. Fixed pickup, mileage allowance and overnight accommodation (for more then 1 pack pickup).

If you are a volume provider, I am happy to offer a discount in return for an upfront payment. Mileage allowance then paid monthly upon invoice.

At Insolvency Network I offer unique outsourcing, or "tied" packaging, services to Insolvency Practitioners.

For smaller insolvency practices wishing to grow their business, we offer services including the sourcing of new IVAs on their behalf, meeting and greeting those clients, completion of the Statement of Affairs and the production of a draft IVA. We will then forward the “packaged IVA” to the IP, who merely has to fulfil the supervisor’s role.

For the larger IP dealing with high volume IVA leads we can offer a limited Packaging service, which enables us to meet or interview your new clients anywhere in the UK and complete the Statement of Affairs. If required to do so we can again produce a draft IVA (as described above).
